We are delighted to report that every last drop of beer was again consumed this year, even though we had 6 more barrels than the previous year! The punters drank 18 gallons of the winning ale, Penzance Scilly Stout!

GREEN CARD ASSESSMENTS

It's a responsibility of each CAMRA branch and sub-branch to maintain an ongoing review of the pubs in their area, in order to decide which hostelries are to be recommended for forthcoming editions of the Good Beer Guide.

YOU can help with this task by completing a Green Card Assessment when you visit any pub in the Tewkesbury sub-branch territory. It only takes a couple of minutes and it means YOU have a say in which pubs are considered for a GBG entry. You can obtain a supply of Green Cards from our Secretary, Steve Kisby, to whom completed cards should also be returned.

Even if you have no cards to fill in, please do let Steve Kisby know your views about any pubs you visit in our area, specifically about beer quality, range of real ales on offer and standard of service. To help you in choosing which pubs to visit, here is a link to a list of ALL the pubs which are located in the Tewkesbury sub-branch territory. You may like to print out the list and keep it for future reference.

Click here to see a list of the pubs located in the Tewkesbury CAMRA territory

Also, if you know of any pub closures or re-openings in our area, please let Steve Kisby know so that he can spread the word.
